Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect or damaged during transit.

All products are carefully packaged by hand and match the descriptions when purchasing. If the item does arrive damaged, please send us photographic proof within 30 days in order to be eligible for a replacement (where stocks last). If we have sold out of this particular item, we will notify you and provide a refund in this circumstance. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In the exceptional circumstances that we need to issue a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
