Workshops

Teaching young people is one of my biggest passions, I grew up choreographing and teaching dance and musical theatre and went onto qualify with a first class BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre at Italia Conti Academy in London. Now with a drive to teach all forms of creativity, I have been visiting local primary schools to teach art workshops and I plan to host more of my own soon.

I love to explore the ways in which art can boost creativity and positive emotions, it's been a great source of therapy for me and my aim is to pass on these skills to younger generations for a more positive future with mental health awareness.
